Apartment 1

Apartment 1 is a 2-storey structure in the front of the property.   For travellers who don’t care for full cooking facilities, we offer a 2-bedroom apartment on the second level complete with a kitchenette hidden behind folding cupboard doors. The cupboard doors open up to a surprising setup with a refrigerator, microwave oven and kitchen sink.  All crockery, glassware and silverware are provided.  Guests have the option of sharing the compact living/dining area or enjoying the privacy of the cosy reading nook in each of the bedrooms.

One of the extra-large bedrooms is furnished with a double bed while the other has 2 single beds.  Guests share a modern and roomy bathroom that has a shower-for-two and a vanity fitted with double basins.

All rooms have electric wall heaters.  The bedrooms have radio and alarm clock.   You will find a television and a video player in the living area.

Apartment 2

The largest in the complex, apartment 2 can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.  This apartment is very popular with families travelling with children and / or elderly members and families who need interim accommodation while house-hunting in the Mornington area. 

Downstairs you will find the living area that is furnished with comfortable lounge suites, one of which converts into a double-sized sofa bed. Adjacent to the living area is a roomy bedroom with a double bed and a spacious robe.  This north-facing room opens up to a courtyard where you can lounge on the outdoor furniture while enjoying some ‘me’ time. 

A connecting door on one end of the living area leads to the dining and kitchen section.  From the kitchen you can access the courtyard.  The carport is a few steps away through a side gate.

Note that the downstairs bathroom is designed for guests with restricted mobility.

Up a flight of stairs is the second bedroom which is conveniently designed with a walk-in robe and an ensuite.  You have a choice of bed configuration up here.  We can set this up with two single beds or a king-sized bed for your comfort.  Either way, we guarantee that you will enjoy the ambience that is enhanced by the unusual pitched ceiling.  We have also provided a desk and study lamp for those times when the office just won’t leave you alone.

Apartment 3

Think of a doll house. Or a cottage with all the modern conveniences.

Apartment 3 is an attic-style home that opens up to a deck and a courtyard garden that wraps around the building.  Compact but very serviceable, the apartment has a bedroom, a semi-ensuite and an open-plan kitchen / dining / living area downstairs.  On the way up the stairs to the second bedroom you look down onto the living area through the white-painted iron grills that line the stairwell.  The upstairs bedroom has a built-in robe and 2 single beds which can be set up as a king-sized bed on request.  You will find a  second toilet upstairs.
